We met with a representative about a once a week home visit to my 95 year old mom.
They were very friendly but also detailed and professional. We worked together to find a caregiver who would be a good match for Mom, who is not very mobile but has an active and agile mind and who loves to play cards, games and puzzles. Because it is only a once a week need, the representative was also very realistic about the ways and chances of getting the same person every week. This was all new to us, so we were very pleased to get such a complete view of Home Care One and its services. We were also pleased to know that help was available 24/7, and that the phone would always be answered by a person who works for the organization, not answering services.
Our caregiver has been wonderful so far. We are so pleased.
