We met with a representative about a once a week home visit to my 95 year old mom. They were very friendly but also detailed and professional. We worked together to find a caregiver who would be a good match for Mom, who is not very mobile but has an active and agile mind and who loves to play cards, games and puzzles. Because it is only a once a week need, the representative was also very realistic about the ways and chances of getting the same person every week. This was all new to us, so we were very pleased to get such a complete view of Home Care One and its services. We were also pleased to know that help was available 24/7, and that the phone would always be answered by a person who works for the organization, not answering services. Our caregiver has been wonderful so far. We are so pleased.

The experience with Home Care One was very good from the beginning. The aid selected was very respectful and helped around house with other chores such as cooking and cleaning. Management was very informative from the beginning, and my wife and I were pleased with the service provided.

Excellent. Caregiver has been coming 4 hours a day for a couple of weeks and I couldn’t be happier. She is very caring and patient to my mentally and physically challenged sister and is getting my sister to talk and interact with her. The peace of mind that everything is fine at home while I’m at work makes a world of difference. Thank you Marvella and team. I couldn’t be happier. I met with this provider on a couple of occasions and then interviewed a couple of potential caregivers. Very caring and knowledgeable. I feel very comfortable and confident in the quality and care they are providing my family member. The caregivers I interviewed were all well trained, professional and interacted well with my family member (making it a very hard decision).
